Terms of Use
Intellectual property
PatchHarbor retains all rights to curricula, templates, recordings, and facilitation guides supplied through toportlef.digital or related workshops. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials for internal learning during the subscription or cohort window identified on your order. You may not resell, publicly syndicate, or strip-mine content for competing training products. Where open-source snippets appear, separate licenses govern those components.
Acceptance
By accessing the site, requesting information, or purchasing training services, you agree to these Terms of Use and incorporated policies linked in the footer. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately. We may update these terms with a revised "last updated" date; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
User obligations
You agree to provide accurate registration details, keep credentials confidential, and use the service in compliance with Republic of Korea law and applicable export controls. You will not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape contact data for unsolicited bulk outreach, or upload unlawful content through forms. Participants must respect facilitators and peers; abusive behavior may result in removal without refund beyond statutory rights.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Seoul shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country grant you the right to bring claims elsewhere. Before filing formal proceedings, you agree to contact us in good faith so operational issues can be triaged quickly.
Liability
Training materials describe operational patterns and educational scenarios. They do not constitute legal, regulatory, or investment advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PatchHarbor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on materials. Aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the fees you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limits apply only to the extent permitted.
