Privacy Statement
Scope
This Privacy Statement explains how PatchHarbor collects, uses, and stores personal data when you browse toportlef.digital, request a demo, enroll in training, or communicate with our team. It applies to visitors worldwide, with additional rights for individuals in the Republic of Korea under applicable personal information protection statutes. Enterprise customers may have separate data processing agreements; where those exist, they supplement this Statement for employee data they upload.
Third parties
We rely on a small set of subprocessors to host the site, deliver email, and run video sessions. Each subprocessor is bound by confidentiality and security obligations consistent with this Statement. We do not sell personal data. Analytics cookies, if enabled after your consent, may involve vendors processing aggregated usage metrics without attempting to re-identify individuals beyond operational troubleshooting.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data we hold. Korean residents may also lodge complaints with competent supervisory authorities. We verify requests to prevent fraudulent deletion. Some records must be retained for legal, tax, or dispute-resolution reasons even if you ask for deletion; we will explain any limitation when responding.
Use of data
We use contact details to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, deliver programs, and improve curriculum quality through anonymized feedback statistics. Billing-related identifiers are processed only when a legitimate business relationship exists. Marketing emails, if any, require separate opt-in where required by law and always include an unsubscribe mechanism.
Retention
Inquiry records are retained for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is needed for active negotiations. Completed cohort attendance logs are retained for seven years to support audit questions unless your contract specifies otherwise. Cookie preference strings are stored locally in your browser and mirrored minimally on our side only when technically required for consent proof.
