Refund & Cancellation
Eligibility
Consumers purchasing training directly from PatchHarbor may cancel within fourteen days of purchase for a full refund provided no live session or customized material delivery has begun. Enterprise procurements governed by signed statements of work follow the cancellation article in those documents instead. Where Korean consumer law grants broader rights, those rights prevail.
Exceptions
No refund is available once you download gated workbooks marked as final, attend a live kickoff, or receive facilitator feedback on proprietary exercises. Bespoke onsite engagements incur non-refundable travel deposits once tickets are issued; we disclose those amounts before confirmation.
Contact for refunds
Email [email protected] with your order reference, participant names, and reason for cancellation. We respond within three Korean business days with either approval, a counter-offer such as a cohort transfer, or a request for missing documentation.
Process
Approved refunds are initiated to the original tender where technically possible. If the original card expired, we coordinate a manual transfer after identity checks. Partial refunds, when offered for service issues, are calculated against unused synchronous hours only, not self-paced content already unlocked.
Scope
This policy covers training fees published on toportlef.digital at the time of purchase. Third-party marketplace purchases must seek refunds through that marketplace. Taxes or currency conversion fees charged by your institution are outside our control and may not be reversible.
