Analytics—not surveillance—showed sharp drop-off after fifteen minutes of talking-head video. We re-cut every core lesson to twelve minutes or less, moving derivations to optional PDFs.

Quizzes now appear immediately after each short block instead of at chapter end, which catches misunderstanding before it compounds. Instructors record new intros quarterly so examples stay current without re-filming entire modules.

Participants who want depth join optional "appendix hours" that do not block completion certificates. That split keeps managers happy while still serving staff who crave rigor.

We do not A/B test individuals without disclosure; cohort-level stats inform edits only.
